Therapy does not have to always involve talking. As a Pilates teacher-in-training, Mishawn can guide you through beginner friendly movements to help connect you mind and body to mental health, providing you with another avenue to holistic healing.

In spring 2026, Mishawn will hold comprehensive certifications in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International and Pilates instruction, allowing her to integrate movement, breath work, and somatic techniques into therapy.
