There is no one-sized-fits-all to mental health support. Depending on your needs, we may explore trauma-informed therapy, cognitive therapy, and mind–body interventions. Therapy sessions may also combine talk therapy, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation techniques that help guide you to a safe baseline, understand safety, and reconnect with your self on your terms.
-
I work with adults, couples, and families navigating complex trauma recovery, stress, burnout, anxiety, and relational challenges. I also offer specialized support for pregnant and postpartum parents.

Mind–body therapy is a holistic intervention that can help clients recognize how trauma, stress, influence behaviors, emotional regulation, and conditioned responses. In session, this looks like exploring how emotions, patterns, and physical sensations connect—using tools which support both emotional awareness and nervous system regulation.
What makes this unique is the ability to pair somatic interventions by way of Pilates, and combining it with trauma-informed care to encourage healing beyond talking. Our sessions are grounded in honesty, humor, and energetic compassion. You can expect to leave with something to think about after sessions.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Yes, both are offered and the choice is up to you! I prefer to see couples in person due to the nature of the work we do, but I am more than happy to be flexible when needed!

Ahhh, the million-dollar question! The short answer: no, not at this time. The Campbell's Soup answer: There are a lot of logistics that go into navigating insurance, especially in today's society. I look forward to providing clarity about this in our free consultation. (Yes, I do provide monthly super bills!) Payment details and session rates will always be discussed before you begin therapy with me.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit or debit card, HSA/FSA cards, or Venmo, CashApp. Cash and checks are not accepted to maintain confidentiality and simplicity in billing.

No worries! Life happens. I. just ask you let me know at least 24-hours in advance. No-shows and late cancels (sessions canceled the day of, less than 12 hours prior) are subject to the full-session fee.
-
Of course! I am happy to discuss payment options with you. The best way to get the process started is reaching out!

Before your first session, we participate in a free 30-minute consultation. This gives you the opportunity to feel me out, ask questions, and discuss what has brought you to therapy. That way, this reduces the chances of first-session jitters and nerves. The first session is me taking the time to learn more about you. We will discuss goals, treatment, and informed consent.

I work best with clients who feel ready to explore how the mind-body connection influences behaviors, emotional regulation, and conditioned responses and how that impacts the nervous system. We go beyond symptom relief. We explore deep repair, integration, and embodied safety. My ideal clients are open-minded and willing to explore the messy parts of themselves - Without judgement. Some examples of previous clients I worked with are*:
Burned out medical professionals
Adults navigating complex trauma (intergenerational trauma, sexual assault)
Teens navigating emotional dysregulation
Intimate Partner Violence offenders and IPV survivors (including families)
Parents navigating perinatal mental health concerns. (planning, postpartum mood disorders, birth trauma.)
*This is not an exhaustive list.

In my experience, I have discovered some couples have external, individual challenges which often spill into the relationship. As a couples therapist, my client is the relationship, not the individual person[s]. Having individual sessions in tandem with couples ensures we stay in the couples lane!

For sure! Group therapy sessions with me focus on skills-based, psychoeducational topics. New group offerings will begin in 2026
